Summary: Recently, various cities in Zhejiang Province released detailed tables showing the available capacity for distributed photovoltaic systems in each district and county (city) for the fourth quarter of 2025. According to the eight cities that have so far made this information public, among the 77 counties and districts, 15 are designated as yellow—indicating a moderate alert level—and 62 are green—representing a low-risk level.

Recently, various cities in Zhejiang Province released detailed tables showing the available capacity for distributed photovoltaic systems in each district and county (city) for the fourth quarter of 2025. According to the eight cities that have so far made this information public, among the 77 counties and districts, 15 are under yellow-level warnings and 62 are under green-level warnings.
Specifically, in the fourth quarter, Jinhua City has an available capacity of 1,868.98 MW; Wenzhou has an available capacity of 2,690 MW; Ningbo has an available capacity of 4,524.23 MW; Zhoushan has an available capacity of 1,042.64 MW; Taizhou has an available capacity of 1,728.94 MW; Hangzhou has an available capacity of 10,850 MW; Lishui has an available capacity of 1,211.21 MW; and Shaoxing has an available capacity of 1,804.62 MW.
